It was a really nice experience. I was a bit skeptical about a tour dedicated to street food, but instead I found it very interesting. We learned several things about Japanese food, in addition to of course tasting several specialties. Highly recommended!
Massimiliano was truly very professional. My wife and I appreciated his kindness, his skills, and above all the empathy he was able to create. We spent a very pleasant evening discussing various aspects of Japanese reality. He took us to taste several specialties, among which was a super okonomiyaki.
